The 18th Annual HPA Pumpkin Patch is just around the corner.  As we prepare for another great year, we are writing to ask that you consider becoming a sponsor of this wonderful community event.  We have a proven track record of attracting four to five thousand attendees for a fun day filled with great food, top-notch live entertainment, a highly anticipated silent auction, and many fun games and activities for the kids.
  
We are excited to announce this year’s theme, “Embracing Our Community.”  As part of this year’s event we will be inviting some of the many great non-profit groups in our community to join us so they can have the opportunity to connect with and educate attendees about the important work they are doing.
 
As you might already know, Pumpkin Patch is the primary fundraiser run by the HPA ‘Ohana Association, and the proceeds of the event are used to enhance the educational experience at HPA.  Sports teams, clubs, student organizations, and individual classrooms all benefit from the money raised annually at this event.   

We hope that you will take the time to review the various sponsorship levels outlined on the next page and consider making sponsorship a part of your plans.  As you will see, the benefits you will receive as a sponsor are quite a value!   

We also want to let you know about a special addition to our sponsorship program.  In keeping with the theme of our event, we will be allocating 10 percent of all the cash raised through sponsorship/ donations to fund a new initiative at HPA called the Kokua Development Program.  This program will provide HPA students with hands-on experience with community service and philanthropy.  We see this as an important part of the overall educational experience, and as another great reason for you to consider offering your support.
